When we experience anger, it might seem like a protective force, as if it’s on our side, defending our interests like a loyal friend in a battle. However, this perception is an illusion. In reality, anger is not our ally; it’s our adversary.Anger brings stress, anguish, disrupts our sleep, and affects our appetite. Prolonged anger leaves a negative impression on others, making them reluctant to be around us. When someone accuses us of something and we feel that defensive knot forming in our stomach, it’s crucial to pause and think rationally. There are only two possibilities: either the accusation is true,or it’s false. If it’s true, there’s no reason for anger; we should acknowledge it, learn from it, and move forward maturely. If it’s false, again, anger serves no purpose. People make mistakes, just as we do in our lives.
